Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for subscription services.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Contacting us through our contact page
- Emailing us at the address provided in our contact information
- Using any account management portal if available
Please include your account details and the specific service(s) you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours.
2. Cancellation Notice Period
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide cancellation notice at least 14 days before your subscription renewal date. Cancellations requested within 14 days of the renewal date will take effect at the end of that billing period, and you will be charged accordingly.
3. Effective Date of Cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your subscribed services until that date. Access will be terminated at 23:59 (South African Standard Time) on the last day of your billing period.
4. Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your access to the following will be affected:
- Hosted services (LMS, websites) will be taken offline
- Support services will cease
- Any stored data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise arranged
We recommend you back up any important data before cancellation. We can provide data export assistance upon request prior to cancellation.
5. Refunds on Cancellation
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you will not receive a refund for that period, but you will retain access until the end of the period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refund eligibility.
6. Downgrading Tiers
If you downgrade to a lower subscription tier, the change will take effect at the next renewal date. You will continue to receive the current tier's services until the end of your current billing period.
7. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so by contacting us. Reactivation may be subject to current pricing and terms, which may have changed since your original subscription. New setup fees may apply for services that were terminated.
8. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to make payments, or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
9. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, cancellation requested more than 14 days after the renewal date will result in the loss of that year's fees. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for the following year by providing notice at least 14 days before the renewal date.
