Our refund policy for subscription services and payments.

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our subscription-based services, including LMS hosting, website hosting, and DevSecOps support subscriptions.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription, provided that:

  • You have not previously had an account with our services
  • You have not exceeded 10 hours of cumulative support usage
  • You have not used more than 1GB of bandwidth or storage beyond initial setup
  • You request the refund by contacting us within 14 days of your first payment

This guarantee applies only to new subscriptions and not to annual subscription renewals or upgrades.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under the 14-day guarantee. By renewing your subscription, you acknowledge and accept the terms in effect at the time of renewal.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partial months or years of service
  • Setup or migration fees
  • One-time services (website creation, DevSecOps assessments)
  • Domain registration or third-party license fees
  • Annual subscription renewals
  • Services that have been used for more than 14 days from the initial payment date

5. Service Credits

Instead of monetary refunds, we may offer service credits for certain issues, such as:

  • Service outages exceeding our SLA guarantees
  • Verified technical issues caused by our infrastructure
  • Support response time failures under our SLA commitments

Service credits will be applied to future invoices and cannot be converted to cash.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us through our contact page
  • Include your account details and the reason for your refund request
  • Provide any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Disputed Payments

If you dispute a payment through your bank or payment provider (chargeback), we may suspend your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to recover any fees associated with chargebacks, including administrative costs.

9. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by our error
  • Significant service failures not covered by our SLAs
  • Legal or regulatory requirements mandating a refund
